What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email address and project details, plus your company and telephone number if you provide them. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

For enquiries made on behalf of a business, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers and arranging our services. When you enquire about entering a contract personally, we process the necessary details to take steps at your request before that contract. Required fields let us understand and respond to your enquiry; you can contact us by telephone instead.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored securely within our website’s hosted database and may be sent to our Google-managed business inbox. Our website hosting and infrastructure providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process data to operate the website. When enabled, Resend processes enquiry notifications for email delivery. Access is limited to people who need it to respond and provide our services. We do not sell your information.

Hosting and email providers may process information outside the UK. We use appropriate contractual safeguards where required and you can contact us for information about the arrangements applying to your enquiry. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep website enquiry records for up to 12 months for follow-up and remove older records during routine maintenance. The website also removes records older than 12 months when it processes a new enquiry. Correspondence relating to a project or contract may be kept longer where needed for our services, legal obligations or claims. Deleted information may remain in provider backups until those backups expire.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, and we welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.

We do not add advertising or analytics cookies to this website. Essential hosting or security technologies may be used to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Hosting providers may record technical information such as IP address, browser details and requests for security and operation. Our fonts and brand images are hosted with the site.
